RETURN POLICY
At TOTO our goal
is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased item to TOTO
provided that your return meets all of the requirements below. We will
gladly issue credit for the full purchase amount and taxes if applicable, excluding Shipping and Handling Charges.
Except for defects or wrong products shipped by TOTO, shipping and handling
charges will be deducted from your refund.
1.
Complete this
Return Form,
include with item(s) for return, and specify reason for return. (*Ref Step 3 below)
2.
All returns need to

3.
Your purchased
item(s) must be returned to TOTO within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
After thirty (30) calendar days of delivery, no returns are allowed.
4.
Claims for damaged and/or missing item(s): notification must be received within two (2) business days of
delivery by calling our Customer Service Department at 888-295-8134 option 5.
5.
All product returns
must be received in the original packaging (unopened/unused). *All washlets and softclose seats must be returned unopened and in the
original TOTO packaging. If the item(s) can not be sold as new, TOTO will charge a restocking fee
of 15% of the full purchase amount.
6.
TOTO will not accept
COD or freight collect shipments on returns from the customer.
7.
Unless all of the
above six (6) requirements are met, TOTO reserves the right to refuse any
return and request for credit.
8.
Please allow up to
thirty (30) calendar days, upon receipt
of product, for TOTO to process the refund which will be applied to the
original form of payment. Adjustments
to your credit card account should appear within two (2) billing cycles.
